Both programs let you earn points, but they operate separately.
To keep things simple and rewarding, we have two separate rewards system- each designed for different types of purchases:
1. Online Rewards (Website Orders Only)
You earn these points when you purchase products through our online store.
These points can be redeemed online only for product discounts at checkout.
They can’t be used in person.
2. TreatCard Loyalty Points (In-Store Only)
These points are earned during in-person visits based on your service and product spend inside the salon.
TreatCard points can be redeemed in person for rewards—including free services once you reach certain point levels.

You’re automatically enrolled after your very first service with us—no extra steps needed! You’ll earn 1 point per $1 spent on services and 2 points per $1 spent on products purchased in-store.

Once you’re logged in, you’ll automatically begin earning points for eligible actions and purchases.
When you're logged into your account, you’ll see your available points at checkout.
If you have enough for a reward, you can apply the discount before completing your order.
Yes, each reward tier has its own set redemption value.
You’ll always be shown how many points you can apply at checkout or in your rewards dashboard.
There is no strict maximum, but points may cap within certain promotional activities or tiers.
In general, the more you shop or engage with the program, the more you earn.
At this time, points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
Yes, points expire if your account is inactive for 12 months.
As long as you're making purchases or engaging with the program, your points will stay active.
